This notice explains how Arcforge Design LLC collects, uses, protects, and retains information submitted through this website.

Arcforge may collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, company, requested service, project stage, expected quantity, desired completion date, material or process information, project description, messaging preference, consent records, and any files you choose to upload.
How information is used
Information is used to review your request, communicate with you, determine project fit, prepare an estimate or proposal, perform approved work, and support related business, accounting, and recordkeeping needs. Arcforge does not sell project information or contact information.
Project files and confidentiality
Submitted drawings, CAD files, photographs, and descriptions are treated as confidential business information. Access is limited to Arcforge and service providers needed to operate the website. If an NDA should be in place before sensitive details are shared, submit only a general description and request an NDA through the inquiry form.
Manufacturing partners
When fabrication support is requested, relevant project information may be shared with trusted manufacturing partners to evaluate process, price, schedule, or supplier fit. Arcforge will limit what is shared to what is reasonably needed and will not share project files with a manufacturing partner solely for unrelated marketing.
File retention
Inquiry files that do not lead to a project are generally kept for no longer than 90 days after the last project-related communication, unless a longer period is reasonably needed or requested. Records for active or completed projects may be kept longer for service, legal, tax, warranty, or documentation purposes. You may request earlier deletion when no legal or contractual reason requires continued retention.
Security
Website submissions and attachments are stored using access- controlled services. Reasonable technical and administrative measures are used to reduce unauthorized access, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Text messaging
If you voluntarily opt in, Arcforge may send project-related text messages such as inquiry responses, scheduling messages, clarification requests, estimate or proposal updates, and updates about active work. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties. Additional details appear in the Messaging Terms.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information submitted through the website by contacting Arcforge. Deletion requests may be limited when information must be retained for an active agreement, legal obligation, or legitimate business record.
