01

Website and inquiry use

This website provides general information about Arcforge Design LLC and allows prospective clients to submit project information. Submitting an inquiry does not create a client-service relationship or obligate either party to begin work. Scope, pricing, schedule, deliverables, and project terms are documented separately before work begins.

02

Arcforge Project Messaging

When you voluntarily opt in, Arcforge may send recurring project-related text messages such as inquiry responses, scheduling messages, clarification requests, estimate or proposal updates, and updates about active work. The program is informational and conversational; it is not used to enroll you in unrelated third-party marketing.

03

Consent, frequency, and charges

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and project activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

04

Opt out and help

Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further text messages. Reply HELP for help, or email info@arcforgedesign.com, or call or text 513-845-2898. If you opt out and later want to receive messages again, you must provide new consent.

05

Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on carrier availability, device compatibility, and network conditions.

06

Privacy

The collection and handling of contact information, mobile numbers, messaging consent, and project files is described in the Arcforge privacy notice.

07

Contact
